I don't want to lose my confidence.

Q: The Presence Process has made my body less numb, which means I feel a lot, even anxiety's. For example, today I had my first presentation ever before an audience and I was shaking, it was strange though, because it was like there were two me's. I don't want to lose my confidence, please shed some light on this.

A: Now you know how you are really feeling inside. Be with this anxiety whenever it arises, just as it is; it is the road leading you authentically into your own heart. Once you become comfortable being in your heart, no matter what the emotion arising, you are authentically confident.

Confidence doesn't come from from controlling how we are feeling; it comes from being at ease with whatever it is we are feeling - including anxiety.

Do you know that Bono of U2 throws up before every concert. Yet, he can still walk onto a stage in front of 1000's, or into meetings with world ambassadors. Does he not appear confident to you when appearing in public? He experiences as much anxiety as you - if not more.

Maybe you simply have no clue what confidence is? It is definitely not "being in control of your emotions". Confidence comes through being at ease with our vulnerability.

This work is not about changing or controlling what it happening through us - it is about being at ease with what is happening through. As long as we continue the journey of confiding with our heart, by feeling what it is transmitting in each moment, we develop authentic confidence.

How can I become accredited to teach The Presence Process?

Q: I AM IN AWE OF YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS. I FEEL I HAVE WAITED A LIFETIME FOR THIS COMPREHENSIVE MATERIAL. I WANT TO TEACH THIS PROCESS!. DO YOU OFFER OR WILL YOU CONSIDER SOME TYPE OF CERTIFICATION, (FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD) IN ORDER TO PRESENT YOUR MATERIAL IN PUBLIC FORM?

A: I appreciate your feedback and enthusiasm.

Being in awe of my consciousness is to miss the point. Be in awe of yours. If you comprehend this work, you are functioning from the same 'point of you' as I am. Appreciate this. This work is also not who or what I am, it is simply a function I perform.

We teach this work by living it - through example - through how we carry ourselves within the mundane flow of our daily lives. This heart-work is self-facilitation - not "other-facilitation". There are no programs to accredit people to do this work; our daily life experience is the program which accredits us to do this work. The books The Presence Process and Alchemy Of The Heart invite us to engage with our own life experience in this way - they are not about becoming distracted by engaging in others life experiences as if we are responsible for them. If we try to use this work to save others, we have missed it's essence completely.

Alchemy for us individually - which is the essence of this heart-work - only takes place within our own heart - not through our mouths. When we accomplish this authentically, others are touch energetically, and then moved internally, accordingly. It begins and ends with us, and when we realize this, all others benefit.

Just as this work has found you, and you it, just when you are ready for it - trust too that others are drawn to it, and it to them, when they are ready for it. The heart knows who is ready as the readiness is purely of the heart.
